Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. General information

This policy defines rules for returns and exchanges of products purchased at mrwear.pl.

2. Right of withdrawal (returns)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the order, without giving a reason.

Returned product must be unused, undamaged and properly packed for transport.

Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

3. Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned product, a refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refund is made using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Exchanges

Exchange for another size/model is possible if available in stock.

Please contact us via e-mail or contact form before sending the product.

5. Complaints

If the product is defective or damaged, the customer may submit a complaint via e-mail or contact form (photos recommended).

Complaints are handled within 14 days from receiving the request.
